A legal expert believes Google could be held liable for publishing the names of rape victims

Some users have found when they google the name of a perpetrator... the suggested search function will display names that have been suppressed by the courts.
Media law expert Dr Ursula Cheer says that kind of breach can land a publisher in court... so the same law should also apply to Google.
A Google spokesperson says they go back to remove any law-breaking suggestions that they're alerted to.
