Fri 10 Sep. - jury returns to ask questions
The jury in the Scott Watson murder trial has returned to the courtroom for the first time in 12 hours to ask two questions about evidence.
The jury asked to re-hear the evidence of the security guard who transferred a man from one water taxi to another, carrying the sister of missing Blenheim teenager Olivia Hope.
In his evidence, the security guard initially said that man resembled a police photograph of Scott Watson.
However he finally decided he could NOT be sure it was the murder accused.
The second question asked regarded evidence from water taxi driver Guy Wallace and his description of a man in the bar at Furneaux Lodge.
