A collection of tutorials, literature, research and links, sponsored by the
Criminal Justice & Behaviour Research Group in the School of Psychology, Victoria University of Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand.

The Criminal Justice & Behaviour Research Group aims to
  • teach;
  • conduct scholarly and contract research;
  • disseminate research findings
related to areas in which criminal justice and psychology overlap.

The CJB is associated with Victoria University's School of Psychology, and the following Psychology staff are associated with it:

Dr. Devon Polaschek, Dr. Maryanne Garry, Dr. David Harper, Dr. Maree Hunt, Dr. Jan Pryor and Professor Susan Schenk.

Our goals are to educate the lay public, and assist Judges, Crown Solicitors, defence counsel and triers-of-fact in matters related to offending and reoffending; behavioural compliance; eyewitness identification, suggestibility, etc.
