19 August 2002 - All three accused reappear in court
Burrett, Phillpott and Payne reappeared briefly today in front of Judge Dale Clarkson.
Burrett, who discharged his council and now represents himself, expressed concerns to the court in regards to delays by police in disclosing evidence and the time it is taking to return computers to both his wife and himself.

Judge Clarkson responded with 'This appearance is not an opportunity for you to grandstand' and advised Burrett to put his concerns in writing.

Burrett and Payne refused consent to being held in custody until the pre-deposition hearing on September 25 and both were remanded until August 26th.

Phillpot, who had appeared earlier in the day, agreed to be remanded until September 25 and will also reappear on September 25.
